Hi, I’m James, the owner and driving force behind Aspect. Originally from North Yorkshire, UK, and now based in Tignes, France. I live here with my Wife, Sarah, and our adventure dog Ivy.
With 20 years of snowboard coaching experience worldwide from Japan and New Zealand to Canada and Switzerland, I have dedicated my life to helping people elevate their snowboarding skills.
Achieving the role of BASI (British Association of Snowsports Instructors) Trainer and Examiner is a massive source of pride for me. Through that I share my expertise with aspiring instructors, helping to shape the next generation of snowboarding professionals.
My past experience, combined with a never-ending love for the sport inspired me to create Aspect Snowboarding. I am committed to sharing my passion for snowboarding with others and helping them embark on their own snowboarding journeys.
