What a top man James is – is the first thing I will say – a very genuine and positive person which as an instructor massively helps! He was really good and gives a lot of technical feedback – just what I needed – takeaways to work with! I’d recommend james to anyone who wants to develop there snowboard skills – a man passionate about his job, easy to get on with and wants ‘you’ to become a better boarder! ! Great customer service and very helpful!!

James was great. He took two complete boarding beginners and had us able to complete all the basic moves in three hours. We were able to ride independently in the afternoon and develop what we had learned. Really nice guy, patient and clear instruction. Fully recommend.

Being new to snowboarding, James helped build my confidence on the mountain over several sessions in Tignes and Val D’isere. I really looked forward to the lessons (they were more fun than snowboarding with my skiiing friends for sure), and he helped me get down some runs that previously would have been a death sentence for me. I am looking forward to getting some more lessons with James when I’m back in France! Highly recommend this guy for new and slightly nervous snowboarders like me!

I’ve not snowboarded for several years so it was a perfect start to the week to have a few hours with James who reminded me of the basics and gave me the confidence to enjoy the rest of the week. James was patient but at the same time keen to ensure that I made progress and ultimately had fun. Highly recommended.

A phenomenal experience. I was hesitant about private coaching at first but very glad I did it. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and a patient and clear teacher that was very easy to get along with. I didn’t start with a high level of confidence on the board and he was happy to work at my pace. By the end of our time I was feeling a lot more comfortable and could see clear improvements in my level of ability. A++ would recommend to anyone, beginner or advanced!
