Great question! First things first communicate the needs of your lesson/your skill level during booking.
In the run up to the appointment make sure all your gear is ready to go (including relevant safety equipment), make sure you’ve got a lift pass (total beginners may not need one), and make sure you’ve checked the information on the following pages: ‘How to Find Us’, ‘Terms & Conditions’, ‘Health & Safety‘ and ‘Insurance‘.
You can also check out the relevant ‘Lessons’ page to make sure your lesson doesn’t have any extra requirements, i.e. Additonal kit for Off-Piste safety precautions.

We’re happy for you to observe the lesson, take photographs etc. (make sure to tag us on Insta!), so long as you do so safely and without impeding other mountain users.
If you aren’t attending the lesson but intend to pick your child up at the end of the lesson, please make sure you make yourself known to the instructor as a parent/guardian at the beginning of the lesson/dropping your child off. This is essential for child safety!
In almost all cases we’re happy to accommodate you, give us a call or an e-mail and we’ll build a package tailor made for your trip.
Unfortunately we cannot provide you with all the kit required for an off-piste session, however it is easily rented locally and we can provide you with trusted locations to source it from.
We will ensure that all your kit is safe and ready to go, as well as preparing you with all the necessary knowledge in how to best use it. You can find more information on the equipment you’ll need on our Off-Piste page.
We get that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but it’s really important that you let us know as soon as you realise you’re going to be delayed.
Unless they have heard from you, our instructors will wait for no more than 30 mins after the sheduled start time.
We do not, our coaches are all Snowboard specialists and that’s what we focus on. However, we will be happy to suggest where to contact if it’s skiing you’re after.
You sure can! For large, multi-day bookings we always encourage you to get in touch with us first and discuss your needs directly, but if you’d like to book straight away you can look out for the ‘packages’ available on the booking form.
The quick answer is: however works best for you and whatever works best given the length of your booking.
During booking you’ll be asked to layout your general skill level and what area(s) you’d like to improve in. We’ll get in touch and confirm the details.
Make sure you get to the meeting point in good time to maximize the duration of your session, and if you’ve booked an all day session there will be an adaquate break for lunch.
We won’t cancel a lesson because of adverse conditions, but (very rarely) the mountain can close when the weather becomes dangerous.
In these unlikely instances Client Insurance Policies should cover missed lessons due to lift failure, lift closure or poor weather. Claims are to be made against the local lift company for lift failure, closure or personal private insurance provider.
So always make sure you have adaquate insurance!
Absolutely not, we only offer private group bookings with you and your friends/family/etc. The only people on your session will be those you’re booking with.
If you’re having accessibility or technical issues then don’t worry – we also take bookings by phone, just give us a call on EN +44 (0) 7410 439 730 or FR +33 (0) 651 804 574.
If you’d prefer to book via email just contact us at in**@****************ng.com.
